Warranty, exchange and returns

LLC TD Fintrade guarantees the high quality of the products it sells. All goods are made from quality raw materials and comply with current requirements and standards. Product quality is confirmed by the relevant certificates and sanitary-epidemiological conclusions.

We guarantee:

• the conformity of the products to their stated characteristics;
• proper quality of materials and manufacturing;
• constant quality control.

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in the event of a problem we offer: replacement of the product with a similar one; a refund; or another method of settlement by mutual agreement of the parties.

Return period

The buyer has the right to refuse a product of proper quality and arrange its return within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", provided that the product's presentation, consumer properties, completeness, packaging and the documents confirming the purchase are preserved.

The return of goods made to individual order or having individual characteristics is carried out in the cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Methods of return

• In person at the company's warehouse: Ternopil, vul. Poliska 14;
• By a postal or transport carrier to an address agreed with the company's manager.
