Delivery and Payment

The company LLC TD FINTRADE delivers to our customers throughout Ukraine and abroad. Delivery is carried out using the following options and is paid for by the customer.

Delivery options:

1. Self-pickup from our warehouse in Ternopil, vul. Poliska 14;
2. Delivery of wholesale batches by road transport across Ukraine and abroad;
3. Shipment by a transport carrier.

Payment options

1. Full prepayment to a bank card;
2. Bank transfer;
3. Online payment via LiqPay.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is determined according to the transport company's tariffs and depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and the recipient's location.

For orders worth 20,000 UAH or more, delivery within Ukraine is free of charge. The exact delivery cost is agreed with a manager when the order is placed.

Deferral and instalment payment are possible after the first completed delivery.
We have quality certificates, SES hygiene conclusions and delivery notes available, and we conclude a formal supply contract.

Product packaging:
The description of each product states the number of pieces in the factory packaging, which provides maximum protection for the goods during storage and transportation.
